Gundersen Health System is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to partner with leaders in Wisconsin to drive leadership development and learning initiatives. You will design and deliver training, facilitate sessions, and support a culture of continuous learning in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, strong communication, and project management to handle multiple priorities while advancing our enterprise leadership philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership/supervisory experience with coaching and team engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with leaders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions, trainings programs, etc.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Bachelors degree in a Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, Required. Masters degree, preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of people leadership/ supervisory experience, Required. Candidates must have the ability to demonstrate examples of successful team leadership, including any experience in coaching, fostering team engagement, etc.
• 3-4 years' experience in HR, Organizational Development, training and development, or related Prior adult learning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What’s Available:

• FTE: 1.0 FTE
• Schedule: Days typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Location: This is a hybrid-eligible position based at our Green Bay, WI campus. While there is flexibility to work remotely, this role will require a regular onsite presence in Green Bay. Light travel to other locations may also be needed to support business priorities and events. Please note at this time we are unable to fill this role in La Crosse, WI
