Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is a SBA-Certified 8(a) small business specializing in global IT solutions. This role focuses on acquisition reform to accelerate capability delivery and improve organizational effectiveness within Space Systems Command (SSC).

The candidate will advise on organizational design and manpower policy, develop UMDs, and analyze workforce mix across military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of DoD experience in manpower, personnel, force management, organizational development, or force structure.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related field.

• Support Space Systems Command (SSC) acquisition reform initiatives focused on accelerating capability delivery and improving organizational effectiveness.
• Assess Government acquisition organizations, policies, processes, and workforce requirements to identify barriers and recommend improvements.
