GEODIS in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Analyst to administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage performance review processes. You will work closely with the Learning & Organizational Development Director to ensure accurate training records and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis.

• 1-year minimum experience in HR and LMS administration or equivalent
• Experience supporting performance reviews or talent management in a corporate environment
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to learning, performance, or organizational development
• Experience with data visualization or HR analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external customers
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Create, update, and manage LMS content (online and instructor-led)
• Coordinate launch and administration of the performance review cycle and goal setting
• Compile, analyze, and report on performance review metrics and trends
• Collect, maintain, and analyze data related to learning activities, succession planning, and performance management
• Assist in identifying gaps in the learning organization and develop initiatives
• Assist with organizational development initiatives and programs as needed
• Support GEODIS' programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability

Learning and Organizational Development Analyst

Position Summary:

The Learning and Organizational Development Analyst is responsible for the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), managing performance review processes, and overseeing data management related to learning and development initiatives. The Analyst collaborates
closely with the Learning & Organizational Development Director to ensure seamless execution of learning programs, maintain accurate training records, and provide actionable insights through reporting
and analysis.

Your role on the team:

• Oversee LMS functionality, including data integrity, user management, and system troubleshooting
• Create, update, and manage online and instructor-led course content within the LMS
• Coordinate the launch and administration of the performance review cycle and goal setting process
• Compile, analyze, and report on performance review metrics and trends
• Collect, maintain, and analyze data related to learning activities, succession planning, and performance management
• Assists the Learning and Organizational Development Director in identifying gaps in the learning organization and works to develop initiatives to meet those gaps
• Assist with the implementation of organizational development initiatives and programs as needed
• As required and assigned
• Supports GEODIS' programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability

What you need:

• 1-year minimum experience in human resources and administration of a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar HR/Learning technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting performance review or talent management processes within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to learning, performance, or organizational development
• Experience with data visualization or HR analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, or similar platforms) preferred
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to prepare and analyze complex HR data
• Ability to work with various HR systems with proficiency
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to work on multiple projects while managing deadlines
