Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement change management plans for IT projects of all sizes.
2. Collaborate with project teams, business units, and IT leaders to align change activities with project goals.
3. Create and manage communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
4. Develop training resources to help teams succeed with new tools and processes.
5. Monitor change efforts, gather feedback, and continuously improve approaches.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
• Proven success in driving adoption of new systems, tools, or processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
