Organizational Change Management Specialist

Pay from $80,000 to $123,000 per year

Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Position Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement change management plans for IT projects of all sizes, from small updates to major initiatives.
2. Collaborate with project teams, business units, and IT leaders to align change activities with project goals.
3. Create and manage communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout each project.
4. Develop training resources to help teams adapt and succeed with new tools and processes.
5. Monitor change efforts, gather feedback, and find ways to continuously improve our approach.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
• Proven success in driving adoption for new systems, tools, or processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
