Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC in Hampton Roads, VA, is seeking an Organizational & Integration Support professional to support USAF cyber missions. The role focuses on refining mission assurance concepts, developing policies, and coordinating operations and tactics with government staff.

Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of USG experience, and TS/SCI clearance. This is a full-time exempt position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Refine and mature cyber mission assurance concepts and interfaces to support missions.
• Support USAF cybersecurity in Mission Assurance implementation and operations.
• Develop, review and coordinate cyberspace operations instructions, policy, and tactical manuals.
• Prepare CONOPs, CONEMPs, roadmaps and TTPs for Mission Assurance staff tasks.
• Evaluate policies to ensure cybersecurity programs comply with legal requirements.
• Analyze cyberspace policies and government regulations to create or revise plans and programs.
• Analyze data to identify problems and provide improvement recommendations.
• Advise government staff on cybersecurity policy and represent government at conventions and forums.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

TheKenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a Organizational & Integration Support professional to support our customer located at Hampton Roads, VA.

Essential Job Functions:

This role primarily performs tasks in support of the USAF mission. This includes:

• Refining/continuing development and maturing of cyber mission assurance operating concept construct and interfaces designed to support mission sets.
• Supporting and executing United States Air Force Forces Cybersecurity in support of Mission Assurance implementation and operations.
• Supporting the development, review, preparation, and coordination of cyberspace operations instructions, technical orders, policy, and guidance, and tactical manuals in coordination with all personnel within the contract.
• Supporting the development, coordination, and preparation of all cybersecurity in support of Mission Assurance staff tasking’s, CONOPs, CONEMPs, Enabling concepts, Roadmaps, Contingency Plans, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
• Evaluating and modifying policies to ensure that cybersecurity in support of Mission Assurance programs is effective and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Analyzing cyberspace policies and government regulations to develop new policies and plans or revise existing policies, plans, and programs.
• Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of problems and developing recommendations for improvement of organization's policies and practices.
• Consulting with and providing expert advice to government staff personnel on cybersecurity in support of Mission Assurance policy and program issues representing the government at conventions, seminars, working groups, and forums convened to discuss policy issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Two (2) years’ experience/knowledge of USG principles, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional the CDOC, CDCC and the MDTs requirements.
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Pay Range
