Guidehouse seeks an Organization Development Consultant to support transformation initiatives in Atlanta, GA. The role contributes to organizational design, leadership development, and team effectiveness while assisting project teams to deliver high-quality client-ready products.

The candidate will participate in assessments, facilitate workshops, and help plan transitions, reporting to a supervisory team and building client engagement skills in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of organizational development or transformation experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD NACI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and restructuring analyses and transition planning.
• Assist in creating and implementing change management and OD strategies.
• Contribute to leadership development material, workshops, and coaching support.
• Help facilitate team sessions, charters, and strategic workshops.
• Participate in organizational assessments and synthesize findings into insights.
