This role will help ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes and operating models.* Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations.* Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.* Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments.* Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.* Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks.* Support leadership communications and executive briefings.* Develop change metrics and readiness indicators.* Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend adoption improvements.* Assist with implementation planning and transition activities.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
