Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an early to mid-career consultant in Operational Effectiveness who will support organizational design, change management, and leadership development initiatives for federal civilian and other clients. The role emphasizes collaboration with client stakeholders, data-driven analysis, and workshop facilitation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives including current/future state assessments and operating model analysis.
• Develop and implement organizational development and change management strategies.
• Assist with leadership development programs, training materials, and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops on organizational effectiveness and strategic planning.
• Conduct organizational assessments, workforce analyses, and data collection.
• Analyze data and produce client-ready recommendations, presentations, reports, and briefs.
• Support project planning, risk tracking, and deliverable development.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Contribute to business development through research and proposals.
