Job summary

Unisys in Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support large-scale transformation programs and drive adoption of new ways of working, technology, and business change.

You will partner with OCM Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end change activities, including readiness assessments, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on simplifying complex information into actionable messages and improving OCM practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in Organisational Change Management or transformation roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting the delivery of end-to-end change management activities.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear and actionable messages.
• Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.
• Australian Citizen, baseline clearance required.
