About the Role

Responsibilities

• Spearhead organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Ideate, produce, and publish original content that captivates audiences and ignites conversation.
• Collaborate with creative minds to develop winning ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate UGC-style content and bridge the gap between organic and paid assets for ongoing testing and optimization.
• Manage a dynamic content calendar supporting product launches, cultural moments, trends, and evergreen campaigns.
• Engage authentically with the community through DMs, comments, trend-jacking, and UGC curation.
• Align closely with performance marketing to maximize synergy between organic and paid social strategies.
• Analyze content performance weekly—report findings and iterate for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing social media for direct-to-consumer brands (wellness/supplements/lifestyle CPG a plus).
• A hands-on creator—comfortable scripting, shooting/editing simple videos, and publishing independently.
• Deep understanding of what drives engagement on TikTok, IG Reels, and Meta ads.
• Proven collaboration with paid media & creative teams on high-impact ad assets.
• Exceptional writing skills—witty, relatable, and always on-brand.
• Tuned-in to social trends, memes, internet culture, and real-time creative opportunities.
• Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills
