Job summary

97th Floor is seeking an SEO-focused strategist to own organic search for multiple client accounts in Lehi, UT. You’ll collaborate with a small team of specialists, conducting keyword research, content mapping, and technical audits to improve crawl efficiency and rankings.

You will lead backlink strategies, monitor performance using GA4, GSC, and other tools, and communicate progress to clients. A degree in marketing and 2–3 years of SEO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in SEO or organic search.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with keyword and site auditing tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn performance data into strategy.
• Adaptability to pivot strategy for different clients and industries.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy for client accounts and lead content strategy.
• Conduct keyword research, content mapping, and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Perform Full Technical Audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Run internal linking audits with strategic anchor text guidance.
• Develop backlink strategy and outreach recommendations.
• Monitor results via STAT, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and GA4 data; lead client reporting.
• Lead client communication through strategy, execution, and progress.
