Job summary

NorthWing Digital is seeking an Organic Search Specialist to execute SEO and AI search deliverables for an assigned client base. You will work closely with the Organic Search Manager and Sr. Specialist, handling day-to-day tasks while growing toward strategic ownership.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of SEO experience, familiarity with GA4/GTM/Search Console, and a strong interest in AI search. Local SEO management and data interpretation skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of SEO experience, agency experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and other third-party tools.
• Understanding of SEO and AI search fundamentals.
• Interest in AI search and answer engine optimization (AEO).
• Experience managing local SEO listings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO and AI search deliverables for an assigned client roster.
• Participate in client reporting meetings.
• Suggest strategic changes to Account Managers based on observed performance trends.
• Conduct keyword research, citation tracking, and competitive research using GA4, Search Console, and other measurement tools.
• Complete SEO and AI search audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility via page and meta information, linking, etc.
• Manage local SEO listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places.
• Interpret data from GA4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other measurement tools.
