Organically Grown Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Portland, OR to support accounts with exceptional care, introduce new products, and provide store-level consultation on organic produce and trade movement.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of produce varieties and seasons, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting sales goals. This position follows a Thursday-Monday schedule and is based on-site.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of commercial produce experience.
• Basic knowledge of produce varieties, regions, and seasons.
• Familiarity with project management support.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Basic conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Listen to client needs and inform sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Process account orders via phone, email, and online.
• Plan daily work schedule to service accounts.
• Assist Account Representatives and sales team; may do store outreach.
• Process credit requests and inform teams of issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and services.
• Match products to account needs to increase sales.
• Understand account needs and preferences to tailor service.
• Communicate deals to accounts and push upsell items.
• Ensure orders are documented and entered accurately.
• Communicate service issues to relevant departments and support resolution.
• Support sustainability goals and reduce environmental impact.
