Jobgether is partnering with a US-based role to lead Organic Growth & Discovery for a fintech platform serving millions. You will shape strategies for traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines, owning content strategy, editorial planning, and off-site authority building.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships, and Compliance to unlock new discovery opportunities. As a founding leader in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), you will implement measurement frameworks

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing with hands-on AEO/GEO experience
• Ability to convert organic discovery to measurable customer acquisition
• Strong content strategy, editorial planning, and performance-based optimization
• Off-site SEO, digital PR, and partnership-driven authority building
• Hands-on AI search optimization with metrics for citations, share of voice, and accuracy
• Technical and analytical skills to interpret site audits and leverage GA4, GSC, SQL
• Strategic thinker with ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the organic discovery strategy across search engines and AI-powered answer platforms.
• Lead on-site content strategy, topical authority, editorial calendars, and content briefs.
• Develop off-site authority through partnerships, digital PR, and third-party placements.
• Lead AI/AEO initiatives, measure citations, share of voice, and AI response accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing Tech to improve site structure and performance.
• Build reporting frameworks linking organic growth to engagement, app installs and acquisition costs.
• Ensure content credibility and regulatory alignment for financial services.
• Influence cross-functional teams with data-backed recommendations.
