Food & Thought 2 is a fully organic, farm-to-table restaurant and market dedicated to clean living. The Bakery Associate produces fresh, high‑quality baked goods from scratch, following recipes and using organic ingredients to support our breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings, including vegan and gluten‑free options.

You will work with a bakery team in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and safety while adapting to daily production needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Non-slip shoes are required for safety.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Produce fresh, high-quality pastries and breads from scratch using organic ingredients.
• Follow daily production guides and established recipes for service readiness.
• Prepare products for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus including vegan/gluten‑free options.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and proper equipment maintenance.
