Gift of Life Michigan is seeking a Referral Specialist to perform timely review of viable organ referrals, monitor patient status, and coordinate with hospital teams to support organ donation decisions.

You will educate hospital staff on donation processes, maintain documentation, and assist in education of new clinical and hospital development employees, while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Competenze

• Fluent written and verbal English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• RN/ RRT or EMT-P with 18 months acute/critical care experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Mansioni

• Respond to viable organ referrals and coordinate with hospital care teams.
