Qualifications

• RN/RT/EMT-P with 18 months acute/critical care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification required or obtained within six months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred: BSN or Biological Sciences.
• CPTC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and screen potential organ donors by reviewing hospital records and tests.
• Direct multi-organ recovery coordination in the OR and document the process.
• Manage ICU care for organ donors including ventilator support.
• Educate hospital care and organ recovery teams on donation process.
• Coordinate donor registry searches and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with OPTN policies and QA/QAPI.
