Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Registered Nurse credential, have 5+ years of OPO clinical experience and at least 2 years of leadership. A valid driver’s license is required to perform onsite duties.

Qualifications

• RN credential required.
• 5+ years OPO clinical experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of organ recovery activities.
• Provide direct leadership to clinical recovery teams.
• Ensure staffing coverage and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Advisory Committee on policy changes.
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding initiatives.
