Job summary

Constellation, Byron Township, IL, seeks a site-based professional to lead performance improvement programs, including CAP, SA, BM, HU, OPEX, SC and INPO activities, with roster scheduling and eval readiness.

You will implement PI programs, review site performance data, support CAP investigations, manage performance indicators, and coordinate cross-functionally to prepare MRM packages, with responsibilities including emergency response duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years exempt level experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programs.
• Review site performance data and identify adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
• Support CAP investigations and support issue review (IR).
• Manage performance indicators.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) packages.
• All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage)
