• Effective communicator with strong presentation, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with analytics or generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research talent, leadership and future-of-work trends and translating them into practical insights.
• Support organization design, workforce planning and strategic talent initiatives.
• Help bring programs to life through tools, templates, playbooks, project plans and stakeholder resources.
• Analyze information to identify patterns, opportunities and recommendations.
• Create engaging presentations and stories that make complex ideas easier for leaders to understand and act on.
• Experiment with approved AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and content development.
• Collaborate with partners across HR and the business on meaningful, enterprise-level challenges.
