Cox Enterprises is seeking an Org Effectiveness Intern to explore how organizations evolve in an AI-powered world. You’ll work at the intersection of people, business, strategy and technology, gaining exposure to AI-driven workforce transformation and talent initiatives.

You’ll contribute to talent research, workforce planning and program development, while learning through hands-on projects and stakeholder collaboration across HR and the business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s in a related field.
• Curious about AI, technology, talent, leadership and the future of work.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with analytics, data visualization or generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn on the job through meaningful projects shaping how work gets done.
• Research talent, leadership and future-of-work trends and translate into insights.
• Support organization design, workforce planning and strategic talent initiatives.
• Help bring programs to life through tools, templates, playbooks and plans.
• Analyze information to identify patterns, opportunities and recommendations.
• Create engaging presentations and stories for leaders.
• Experiment with approved AI tools to accelerate research and content development.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners on enterprise challenges.
