Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a highly experienced Organizational Effectiveness & Mission Execution SME to lead a two-phase FDA engagement, from organizational redesign to mission execution support.

The ideal candidate will combine program-management discipline with senior-level advisory skills, lead a compact, multidisciplinary team, and deliver balanced, evidence-based recommendations on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in program management, consulting, or transformation with federal clients.
• Experience leading federal organizational assessments and operating-model redesign.
• Proven ability to manage complex fixed-price engagements with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall delivery lead across two phases for FDA OGPS/OPLIA initiatives.
• Advise FDA leadership and COR, manage stakeholder expectations with discretion.
• Establish delivery approach, staffing, governance, master schedule, quality process, and risk management.
• Maintain traceability from evidence to recommendations and ensure smooth phase transitions.
• Ensure handling of sensitive information, and compliance with privacy and security requirements.
