Job summary

Security Services Northwest Inc seeks an Oregon Regional Security Manager to oversee regional security operations, supervise personnel, and ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will support business development, maintain client relationships, and coordinate staffing across multiple locations.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and the President of SSNW, with travel to neighboring states as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of combined security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Executive Manager's License required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Organize, schedule, and supervise personnel across locations.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Develop and update Post Orders and SOPs; monitor performance metrics.
• Travel regionally to Oregon, Washington, and Alaska as needed.
