Job summary

Groundworks Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to manage Eugene, Salem, and surrounding territory. This field-based role emphasizes building strong relationships with dispensary staff, identifying opportunities, and driving product sell-through.

You will open new accounts, expand placements, present promotions, and conduct in-store activities while meeting sales goals and territory growth targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum outside sales or account management experience.
• Ability to build relationships with dispensary buyers and staff.
• Strong communication and organization skills; self-driven and independent.
• Proficiency with CRM and standard business tools; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory across Eugene, Salem, and surrounding areas.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with dispensary accounts.
• Build relationships with buyers, owners, managers and budtenders.
