Job summary

Groundworks Services, a cannabis distributor, seeks a results-driven Sales Representative for Eugene, Salem, and surrounding areas. You will manage accounts, build relationships with dispensary teams, and drive product promotions through in-store activity and excellent follow-up.

You will travel regularly, schedule vendor days, and work toward sales goals with autonomy and pride in your territory. A valid driver’s license and OLCC permit are required, with competitive base pay and uncapped

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or account management within a field-based role.
• Ability to build relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and territory-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Eugene, Salem, and surrounding territory.
• Maintain in-person contact with dispensary accounts.
• Develop and execute plans to grow sales and sell-through.
• Educate retail partners on products and promotions.
