Comagine Health is a national nonprofit focused on improving health and health care delivery. We seek a Clinical Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for care management services, overseeing service delivery, quality, and staff development.

You will collaborate across teams to improve operations, quality, and outcomes, while supporting growth initiatives and client partnerships. This role is based in OR with a home office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services field is required.
• RN/OT/LPC/LCSW/LMFT required; RN with behavioral health experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience including care management and coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience including financial management.
• Experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality clinical care management and care coordination services.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop clinical staff through routine check-ins and performance management.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing, productivity, and service delivery within budgetary expectations.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and staffing plans with reporting on key metrics.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality management practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide prompt, effective communication to stakeholders.
• Support new business proposals, product development, and growth initiatives.
