Qualifications

• Must have good physical stamina and be able to walk over rough terrain and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to train on other equipment and operate front-end loaders or similar machinery.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures in a production environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of staff.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• General clean up and labor duties in the Ore Processing facilities.
• Operate small frontend loaders, forklifts, skid steer, and loaders as needed.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
• Learn the area assigned, fill out system check sheets, monitor reagent levels, and assist in all areas.
• Operate ADR facilities and maintain safe work practices.
