Qualifications

• General background in milling and/or processing preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills.
• Must be able to read and write instructions and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and monitor crushing and processing equipment to optimize ore recovery.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and keep logs up‑to‑date.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and communicate with fellow operators to align strategies.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.
