Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and perform labor duties in the Ore Processing facilities.
• Operate small frontend loaders and forklifts as required.
• Learn the assigned area, monitoring reagent levels.
• Perform pad layout and drip line installation on the leach pads.

Skills

Ability to walk, climb, and work over rough terrain

Previous experience operating small front‑end loaders

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
