Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice seeks a Project Lead Integration Engineer II to deliver on-site and off-site support for aviation ordnance systems, DRRS reporting, and joint operations. You will analyze stock posture, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce monthly readiness reports while maintaining SOPs and knowledge-management tools.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to lead projects, develop briefing materials, and ensure compliance with security clearances

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
• 4+ years in aviation ordnance, ammunition management, or related support within last 6 months.
• 1+ years with Ordnance Information Systems (OIS Retail/Wholesale) or similar systems.
• 1+ years with DRRS or equivalent readiness reporting.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; ability to manage data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and off-site technical support for ordnance management systems and related development events.
• Troubleshoot OIS and related system issues; advise on business rules and inventory practices.
• Maintain collaboration and knowledge-management tools (OIS, DRRS).
• Prepare monthly reports and analytical inputs for government use.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support training requirements and readiness reporting.
• Develop SOPs, governance processes, and knowledge-management workflows.
• Train users on collaboration tools such as SharePoint; support DRRS reporting.
