Job summary

Credence, a premier defender-focused company, seeks a Systems Engineer II to support Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) products and the CMFF program. You will provide systems engineering, risk management, configuration management, integrated scheduling, and program management across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering and at least three years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD systems.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline with at least one year of DoD systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update systems engineering processes and documentation (SEPs, CM plans, risk plans).
• Manage technical performance for the CMFF program including requirements decomposition and system integration planning.
• Perform requirements analysis, derivation, documentation, and traceability.
• Support concept development, sensor/system design, architecture, modeling, and hardware/software integration.
• Plan host-platform integration, test/evaluation, and field demonstrations.
• Identify and manage technical and programmatic risks.
• Prepare engineering documentation for program milestones and participate in reviews.
