Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS practice seeks a Lead Engineer - Project Senior Manager, Functional Transformation to provide technical oversight of screening equipment and related systems across task orders at airports.

You will coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and government stakeholders to maintain equipment availability, address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance readiness while delivering complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Advanced engineering skills.
• Advanced skills with Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM).
• Advanced skills with Equipment & Tools Management.
• Ability to travel to the airport you are assigned 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, maintenance, and lifecycle management of screening equipment and related systems across task orders at the airport level.
• Own intake, triage, tracking, and escalation of maintenance issues per established processes.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for equipment-related matters, coordinating with vendors, OEMs, and government stakeholders.
