Blue Origin is seeking a Project Engineer to own the full lifecycle of ordnance hardware, from design to installation on the vehicle. You will manage the IMS schedule, resource plan, and budget, coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure timely hardware delivery and mitigations to protect the build schedule.

You will lead risk identification, metrics dashboards, and cross-functional reviews with Quality, EHS, Ordnance, and Logistics, applying data tools to streamline planning and reporting while

Formación

• BS degree or equivalent technical experience in engineering or related field
• 4+ years planning and managing projects on complex aerospace/defense hardware
• Experience with critical path scheduling, IMS, risk management, and Cost Account Management
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
• Technical background in aerospace hardware development, production, or test
• Experience working with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Demonstrated ability to drive deliverables to completion through non-reporting team members

Responsabilidades

• Own ordnance demand integration: forecast demand across vehicle serials and test campaigns, validate signals and resolve mismatches
• Maintain the master ordnance list and lot/serial traceability from design to flown, tracking service life
• Support change and configuration control by assessing cost, schedule, and impact of changes on hardware
