Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an Ordnance Coordinator for the New Glenn Mission Operations at the Orbital Launch Site. You will lead ordnance programs, manage inventories, and coordinate shipments and testing to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 10+ years in ordnance and the ability to obtain security clearances, with strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with ordnance operations and inventory control.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting Blue Origin to customers.
• Experience developing and executing launch operations procedures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card).
• Able to pass a background investigation for Cape Canaveral access.
• Knowledge of BATF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager for New Glenn Mission Operation ordnance program.
• Leads and manages ordnance inventory, shipping, and tracking.
• Coordinates ordnance receipt, storage and delivery with services (magazines).
• Develops ordnance operations training materials for LMS.
• Supports launch vehicle integration operations at the Orbital Launch Site.
