Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Project Engineer to own the full lifecycle of ordnance hardware, from design through delivery on the New Glenn vehicle. You will manage the Integrated Master Schedule, linking it to vehicle need dates and driving resolution of bottlenecks across concurrent tests.

You will build the resource plan, lead standups and reviews, and own the project budget and spend forecast while partnering with Supply Chain to ensure timely hardware delivery and mitigate shortages, enabling

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering (aerospace, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related discipline) or equivalent technical experience.
• 4+ years of experience planning and managing projects on complex engineered aerospace or defense hardware.
• Experience with critical path scheduling, IMS, risk management, and Cost Account Management.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
• Technical background in aerospace hardware development, production, or test.
• Experience with suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to drive deliverables to completion through people who do not report to you.

Responsibilities

• Own ordnance demand integration across vehicle serial numbers and test campaigns.
• Maintain master ordnance list and lot/serial traceability from design to flown state.
• Support change and configuration control by assessing cost, schedule, and effectivity impacts.
