Job summary

Faraday Future Inc. in California is seeking a Manager-level FP&A leader to own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and monthly financial reporting across all segments.

You will partner with functional heads and senior leadership to drive accountability and deliver timely insights as the company scales. This role leads governance rollout, next-gen EPM implementation, and AI-augmented FP&A workflows, while building and coaching the FP&A team and delivering executive dashboards and KPI summaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years in FP&A or corporate finance with leadership experience.
• Experience owning full planning cycle: budget, forecast, close.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication for senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecast across the company.
• Deliver monthly analyses and variance commentary within 7 business days after close.
• Prepare management reporting including dashboards and KPI summaries.
• Build and lead the FP&A team with coaching and development.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems.
