Braskem America is seeking an Order-to-Cash specialist to ensure timely processing from order entry to invoicing. You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, and Accounting to deliver on customer requirements and drive seamless execution of Braskem’s commercial strategy.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of O2C processes. Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Client Services, Account Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented yet capable of independent task management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement projects.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders accurately from order entry to invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, and Accounting to align on customer requirements.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments to communicate expectations and updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service.
• Identify and address order-related issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes by identifying bottlenecks.
• Work in a team environment with backup support as needed.
