Job summary

MSD in the United Kingdom is seeking an Order to Cash Senior Analyst on a fixed-term contract to own end-to-end order management from capture through fulfillment and post-delivery support. You will coordinate across supply chain, inventory, logistics and billing to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Role requires English and Spanish language skills, a Bachelor’s degree in business/supply chain/finance, and 2+ years in finance or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in a finance or supply chain department of a multinational company.
• Order Management experience is desired.
• English language skills (speaking and writing) required.
• Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately for wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, hospitals and physician offices.
• Provide timely updates on orders to customers.
• Collaborate with channel development and supply chain to manage various supply situations.
• Coordinate month, quarter and year-end activity to align resources with objectives.
• Support SOX controls and audit documentation as required.
• Enter and generate sales orders into the system.
• Handle returns and issue resolution, including credit/debit notes.
