MSD in San Jose is seeking an Order to Cash Sr Analyst to manage the full order lifecycle from capture to delivery and post-delivery support. You will coordinate across supply chain, inventory, logistics, and billing to ensure timely, accurate order processing and customer updates.

The role requires 2+ years in finance or supply chain, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus. This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain or finance.
• 2+ years of experience in finance or supply chain preferred.
• Order management experience is desired.
• English language skills required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management from order capture to fulfillment and post-delivery support.
• Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, logistics, and billing to ensure timely, accurate order processing.
• Enter and generate sales orders; provide timely order updates to customers.
• Develop reporting for stakeholders and ensure SOX/compliance controls.

This role coordinates internally across supply chain, inventory, logistics, and billing teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to meet customer demand.
