• Experience with ASC 606 and subscription/billing mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose capabilities into detailed structures.
• Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into system/work items.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain detailed decomposition of order, subscription, billing, and revenue recognition capabilities.
• Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders to document current and future processes.
• Translate designs into system requirements and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering.
• Support dual delivery tracks: current systems and next-gen platform, capturing lessons learned.
• Own change management, enablement, adoption, and process performance metrics.
• Maintain agreements with peer Process Leads and ensure explicit handoffs between value streams.
• Design capability for software provisioning, entitlement, and feature enablement.
• Oversee usage and rating design and its impact on billing and revenue.
