Job summary

Victra, Verizon's trusted partner and premier retailer in the United States, is seeking an Order Support Agent in Raleigh, NC. You will assist assigned accounts via phone, selling products and services while answering questions.

The role centers on inbound/outbound calls, meeting sales targets, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 1–2 years in customer service or sales, fluent English, and basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; Associates degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in call center, customer service or retail.
• Sales experience or commission-based role desired.
• Speak fluent English clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Sell competitively over the phone to achieve sales targets.
• Increase sales and business for assigned accounts.
• Stay up to date with Verizon promotions.
• Learn to schedule appointments for accounts.
• Display proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills.
• Multi-task across multiple windows and programs.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners.
• Protect consumer information in a paperless, device-free environment.
• Follow safety and wellness protocols including pre-shift checks.
