Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States and is hiring a Consumer Sales Rep in Winterville, NC. You will educate customers on Verizon products and services and contribute to sales growth as part of the Victra family.

The role emphasizes a competitive base with commissions, paid training, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and evening/weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• 12+ months of retail or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with Verizon product and service offers.
• Place outbound calls to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Customize and recommend offerings based on individual needs.
