• Address order changes, discrepancies, and customer concerns and communicate appropriate solutions.

• Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
• Identify potential issues and communicate them proactively to customers and internal teams.
• Manage the export control process to ensure trade compliance with international customers.
