Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Material Handler at our Aurora, CO site. You will pick and prepare orders using an Electric Pallet Jack, move and organize materials, and lift up to 50 lbs while upholding safety standards. The role offers a steady weekday schedule with a 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift and competitive hourly pay.

Peak season pay rises to the stated rate, with opportunities for growth within a respected, safety‑driven team environment.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50–$22.50 per hour (Peak season pay is $22.50 and will revert to $19.50 at the start of next year)

Shift: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday–Friday, occasional earlier morning start times

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Selecting and preparing orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Moving, stacking, and organizing materials within the warehouse
• Lifting items up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and wearing required steel toe boots
• Reporting to the warehouse supervisor and working collaboratively with your team
