The role emphasizes delivering legendary customer service and coordinating order management from quotation to delivery and invoicing.

The position entails working in a hybrid setup, supporting a sales team, and leveraging CRM and ERP tools to ensure accurate order status, pricing, and product availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with order management, account management, or similar experience.
• Mechanical background/experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting, or related activities.
• Experience supporting a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: process orders from sales staff or direct customers and communicate order status.
• Billing: investigate and resolve billing issues with A/R coordination.
• Sales Support: provide price & availability, quotations and post-order support for products and services.
