Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for small store routes around the Broken Arrow and Tulsa area. The role involves building displays, stocking shelves, and keeping POS up to date.

You will drive your own vehicle during work hours, lift 50+ pounds, and maintain inventory while following merchandising standards. Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, with additional bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
