Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are readily available on customer shelves across north OKC and surrounding areas. You will build displays and place POS materials while maintaining stock on routes for efficient merchandising.

The role requires driving a personal vehicle, lifting up to 50 pounds, and attention to detail to follow our merchandising standards. Prior merchandising experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for work.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Job Location: Route covers north OKC and surrounding area
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
