Job summary

At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC, the Order Replenishment Merchandiser for Small Store in North OKC ensures products are displayed properly and shelves stocked across north OKC and surrounding area. One must adhere to company merchandising standards and POS guidelines.

Shift is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM until route is complete; starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and benefits based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
