Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in San Angelo, TX to build product displays, manage shelf levels, and support customers on routes. The role requires a valid driver’s license, use of a personal vehicle, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00am - until completion / 40+ hr work week / schedule subject to change to overnight {TBD} / Off days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
